  • Adjustment with Dr.Cowan on 2nd visit

Work Injury Patients Bring to 1st appointment:

  • Call the office first with all your Work Injury Claim and Insurance information.  If you need help locating this information, give us a call 214.491.4944.
  • Our office has to verify all the insurance information before you can be seen in our office per Workers Compensation.
  • Once we have verified your information, bring to your appointment:
